Fotoguide

1. Unngå uskarpe bilder

Bildekvaliteten er viktig. Pass på at du bare laster opp skarpe bilder hvor motivet er i fokus og alle konturene er godt synlige. En moderne smarttelefon fungerer bra!

2. God belysning gir bedre resultater

Det er viktig at lyset er rettet direkte mot motivet. Hvis bildet er veldig mørkt er det vanskelig for oss å vite nøyaktig hva vi skal gravere. Dette vil føre til et mindre detaljert produkt.

3. Flere kjæledyr

Vi anbefaler ett dyr eller en person per anheng. Hvis du virkelig bil ha begge kjæledyrene dine på samme anheng må dyrene være plassert ved siden av hverandre med liten eller ingen plass mellom dem. Husk at flere kjæledyr ikke øker diameteren på det ferdige anhenget.

4. Plassering av motivet

Det som ikke er med på bildet kan ikke være med på anhenget. Hvis hele kroppen er synlig prøver vi å lage en silhuett av hele kroppen, ellers lager vi kun av hodet.

Sammendrag

Et bilde med god belysning og høy oppløsning vil gi best resultat.

Frakt

Hver ordre tar omtrent 8-10 arbeidsdager å fullføre. Deretter sender vi som regel med PostNord som leverer pakken innen 4-5 arbeidsdager.

Order never received

I ordered 3 keychains on December 3 that were meant to be Christmas presents. I received a confirmation number ( 006XWKFYL) but never received a tracking number. The payment went through to my bank on the 3rd. Very disappointed since I put the order in early enough to be received for Christmas. I see the reviews with how great the products are and was really excited to receive these items and give them as gifts.

Not a US company?

Order X257712... I'm still not getting a straight answer. Everything shows it is coming out of NJ and nothing out of the country. However the message I got says that it has to clear customs when it gets to the US. I've done decades of international shipping. Air freight takes a day at most and most have to clear customs in route. Over the ocean takes as fast as 17 days from Shanghai to LA/Long Beach port. Clearing customs 2-3 days before arriving in the country. Heaven forbid if customs wants to do an inspection. That will take days if not weeks. Now where on the company's website shows transit of 3 business weeks (min 21 days) and it hasn't left the origin port. Merry Christmas.... 😥
